Carby or EFI

    Personally I prefer a Carby.

I've tuned both Carb' and EFI, and a Carb will need a few jets to sort out, and does take some time, but EFI you need to buy a tuner interface at around $400 then another pile of $$ if you pay to ge it Dyno tuned. I do have a wideband o2 meter for tuning Carb's though.

Some people do enjoy spending hours on the PC tuning EFI themselves, and an EFI bike will arguably make better all 'round power and be smoother. But never think of a Carby Bike as being inferior to an EFI Bike.

You can usually push start a Carby bike if the battery is down, but they still have their share of electronics.
