Just taken delivery of my 1999 Springer. All the fluids were drained prior to it being shipped, and I need to fill them up to get her started. Any and all advice gladly received - dont have a service manual for the bike, and my knowledge is limited to taking it to the dealer to get sorted out (costs too much money in this case) 

 Didnt have to go through compliance as personal import.
