I have only had my Fat Bob for a few months (brand new), love it. Is the ticking noise you can hear at idle and low revs normal, I assume it is just the Hydraulic lifters I can hear.

Mate, check the exhaust header shields.  You'll find they're lose and making the sound.  I know you think that's crap, but hopefully will fix the problem.  I had to go to Bunnings hardware and buy a new stainless clip (same as used on any hose), which fixed my problem ... but then I still replaced the pipes, air filter and tuner!!! Now that's definitely the way to go!

    Hydraulic lifters.

    Treat it like a diesel.

If it goes quiet, start to worry.
