Measure twice, fit once.....

Shouldn't be too hard to do-- maybe cut a template out of thick paper and edge up against a reference point or two so both badges go on the same.
My 09 BargeGlide badges aren't the same height-- one is about 5mm higher than the other one. Doesn't matter-- can't see both of them at the same time (which is, I guess, what the boffin at the factory thought too when they wer put on...)
