there is a little cut away/ slot usually at the bottom side of the originals. place a flat screw driver in there and twist! easy as. On the fronts anyway.

And to give it that extra tint paint the reflector bit behind the globe black.
You will need orange globes if they don't come with the lense. (I can't remember)

There are kits on ebay for about $30, but at the dealer when I got them a couple years ago they were $3 each.  Probably the only time buying from dealer can be cheaper.  Should be able to pick up 4 globes for $5-10.

Like the guys have said. Its a five minute job at best. Look for the slot on the underside of the blinker housing. Prise the old ones off, change the globes to orange ones and then fit the tinted lenses. Only issue is if you have an Iron, Nightster or 48. They all have the combined stop/turn/tail light assembly, and it is a sealed unit, so you can't change the lenses. TC

how do you change the bulbs on a nightster then? You've got to get to them somehow, and the tinted lense kit i got had dual filament bulbs for the rear - which i didn't need as i've got a custom.
