Get a piece of brass rod (or another type of soft metal), poke it through the hub so that you put it against the back/inside edge of the cup. Gently tap it out with a small hammer while being careful not to damage the surface area where the bearing cup sits in place.

Move the brass bar around the circumfrence of the cup and tap the cup out evenly and gently.

The "Best" way is to buy the correct wheel bearing puller, but it's not the cheapest way !
Like Groover said, you can use a drift from the opposite side once you push the bearing spacer to one side.
A little bit of heat wouldn't hurt.

Anyone ever seen one of these : pitposse.com/whbereto.html
