hey guys, i know this has probabley been done to death , but iam at a stage where iwant more out of my motor, ihave a 2010 fxdwg, i have been looking at cams but not sure yet.i just want more or maximum tourque, have been advised to go for s&s 510 or s&s 583 easy start.or is it just beter to go for the 103 up grade,and who would be the best to do this work? i am from adelaide, honest opinions appriciated, just want abig increese in tourque, thanks guys&gals.....jocky

Welcome Jocky hope you enjoy the forums as for upgrading your bike i would got through Peter Stevens then you would get a warranty with the work.I am not sure if you went through someone eles if you would get a warranty or not.Good luck with what ever way you choose to go.
Dont muck around with cams and 103, just sell current block and buy a 140 S&S and be done with it. You will save in the long run.
Do the numbers and you will be suprised.

yeah budjet, adelaide bike works quote $2200 for 103 upgrade,but i am not sure just cams will do, short term will be ok but in the long run,ill probably want the 103 anyway, and costing more doing it later. like i said i just want big tourque.
