Hi Folks

Moved to Oz from South Africa in Sept 2009, and after all this time (much wrangling etc) my 1999 Softail Springer has been released from customs (jail) and must now go through compliance before I can finally ride again. Been over a year since I last rode on her, so will be a wonderful reunion!!!!!

On the issue of compliance, I have to get a set of standard pipes to replace my Vance & Hines Short Shots. Anyone know of a set of 1999 Evo pipes not being used that could be bolted onto my bike for a week or so, then returned? Any help will be gratefully received.

Thanks for the good wishes guys, and yes another Saffer in North Lakes!!!! We are taking over the suburb. Would love to go on the ride on the 25th, but the bike wont be ready yet - compliance take at least a week and then there is rego etc. Still need the pipes though. Have a good riding weekend guys!

 

Welcome on board mate; my bike from the US (Heritage Springer) has just finished compliance but my straight-thru pipes were tempoarily swapped over by the Importer who does this all the time. Good luck with that.
