Buy it, put all the stock stuff back on,ride it, sell all the aftermarket stuff / crap on ebay for a couple of grand, If its as good as it looks its a  bargain, but you have to be aware the price of bikes is dead and not trying to rain on your parade,  but as nice as your 48 is its probably 5k overpriced, but thats just my opinion, you may find the right buyer. Good luck.

    G'day Scouser,
When the day came that made a computer necessary to change the spark plus on a new Harley (Sarcasm!!!!!!), I stopped looking at the new bikes.
Call me a dinosaur ( Shit, the missus calls me worse than that.) but I really had to think hard before I bought my 89 Heritage Evo.
Only reason I did was the scarcity of Shovels at the time I was looking. I'm even not too fussed about head breathers to tell you the truth.
As it is I'm happy with my honorary Shovel and we have grown to like each other, mind you the thrill and anticipation of embarking on a long trip
and wondering if I'd have to pull out the tools and fix something at 2 am in the middle of nowhere is something I strangely miss.
Also the fact that when at the local Dealer's with my missus and 3 kids on tow before I found my Evo in 06 nobody came within a coooee of me.
At the time I could have maybe been sold on a couple of Evo's they had in the second hand lot. But they took one look and didn't want to know me.
DILLIGAF!!!. Kept my money in my pocket and walked.
If you can find a decent Bike and import it (pre 89 being the go) more power to you.
    Cheers,
    Cris.
