Brake UpGrade

    Hi Guys Have a 07 Ultra Would Like To Upgrade The Brakes It Is Sluggish at Stopping .Everything Is As Should Be With Current Brakes But Has Scared Me a Few Times . Ideas Please?

    Hey rpdudes if you google rollies speed shop in brisbane--and scroll down to lyndall brake pads, then check out the Gold+ compound pads for tourers. They reckon they will give you up to 30% more stopping power when fitted--quite a lot more considering its just the pads you are changing. I believe zodiac products do floating disks for Harleys as well---cheers Grim

    I used the Lyndalls (bought from Rollies), changed to a braided brake line and flushed the brakes, added new fluid, hey presto!! Like night and day!

    Wet weather, I am very cautious. I try to drop my speed and take extra care.

    Hey robciq - where did you get the braided lines, how much and are they ADR approved?
    Thinking of going braided front line on my Iron
