Got the bike dynoed today by Pete at Robbos HD. He was good enough to allow me to help out, as we were using my laptop and TTS software to tune.

Pete was fairly impressed with the tune that I had produced, however some fine tuning was in order. As I have finished modding the engine, I was keen to get the tune spot on, especially with the warmer months approaching.

Here is the before and after graphs...............blue is my TTS tune , red is Pete's fine tune.

Straight up you can see that we have gained around 2hp and 4tq at  WOT. Couldn't quite crack the 100hp but don't matter...........close enough!

It's the Torque that is really impressive! Nearly 114 footpounds at around 3800rpm. Pete was very impressed with the torque curve.

Check the increases he got in both HP and TQ at the 2500-3000rpm range. Inceases of around 10hp and 25tq at 2500rpm. I can really feel this extra grunt down low! Tyre shredding stuff!!

Thanks Oz............yeah mate, lucky to come out with just a bit of bark off and a few bruises.

Comp is at 10.2:1............not worth running 98 for that? Not that it matters much when close to home...........hard to find in bumfuck!

Great results Burto, you should be happy with that. The strong TQ roll on from 2500rpm is what makes the riding fun.

Did you play around with your drive pulley ratios???
