G'Day Guys, Hope someone can help me,

I have a 2005 Ultra Glide, Few weeks ago i put some cams in and did head work , put it all back together and fired her up (no prob) Took it for a bit of a test ride and found there was no oil getting up to the top end, Pulled it back down to check if i put the o ring back on the oil pump (a Ok) but found i put the lifters ass about, Put it all back together went to start it up and it didnt fire up, The starter turns over but no spark. I took my coil off with the relays and put it on another bike which worked fine. Ive cleaned all the conectors, checked all the fuses but having no luck, The ignition system is stock? 

Went on another site and checked out trouble shooting, No Help at all.

As Dave requested, give us as much info as you can think of. It's hard to diagnose stuff from afar, but the good thing is most of us have had something similar happen and if the Alzenheimer's isn't acting up too badly we may remember how we fixed it.
