     Hi mates,

can somebody tell me if the tyre Dunlop D251  180/70/R16 77H tubeless is easily available in Australia. I´m riding through Australia with my shovelhead and have this tyre on the back. Due to dimensions and so on I would be happy to get excatly this tyre again if I have to change it.

    regards

    Robert

    Hi Flan,
the thanks for your feedback. The problem is that this is not a HD tyre and the question is the general availability in Australia or do I have to take one with me and let it send to somewhere I expect to need it. If this tyre is in general available in Australia I have no problem. If it needs not two weeks until they will get it. DO you know this tyre?

    Hey guys,
thanks for the reply up to now. Another question came up. I have a 2in1 Arlen Ness exhaust a bit noisy I would say especially now that the engine is completely reworked. Are there any regulations over there? Could I get a problem with this exhaust?
Sorry but I surely will have some more questions in time.

Since you are German, on a bike with a german number plate on it. Just speak german to any police that pull you over, show them your german and international licence. They problerly won't do anything. The German girls that stay with me, camp anywhere they like and have never been moved on, they just pretend, No English. And rattle on in German.

And my understanding is that germany is stricter than australia on those sort of rules for noise, so if your bike is ok in Germanyit would be fine here. Don't you have to get a check done every 4 yrs that a lot of older cars and bikes don't pass.

Sure my 82 shovel is not ok in Germany otherwise you would be right that it would be no problem nowhere in the world (except Switzerland). So if this is a major concern I have to check how to get it smoother. Aren´t there different noise levels for older bikes?
