    Hi guys

After alot of stuffing about set backs and so on

I have finaly started my build

It started with ordering a custom built frame to suit my iron head from the states and had ended in a 300 rear long low chop

Im from Victoria so rego is painfull here

I will try and update with pics along the way and hopefully get some tips and tricks from you guys

    Hey Chopaweeza

The pointed crap will go when i mount the tanks and so forth Im not a fan of the look

Its within the 550 its bigger in the pic as it has a peice of broom stick as the neck stem which is loose

I read plenty about the Revtechs and the issues prior to buying but the later 4' x 4' apparently fixed those problems either way its new and its a start my pockets arent that deep - I did make sure the belt drive is good enough to suit any engine I may afford in the future

Im building this bike on a budget its not going to be a show winner BUT it will be finished and engineered for under $10,000

Your message was very blunt - you were very helpfull about a year ago when I started looking into the whole ICV deal

lets hope I can get some more of that

Well $10,000 the figure im sticking with finished engineerd (without the enginners bill) - I will have to build it to rego then pull it down and make it look pritty - im handy with a spanner a welder and a spray guy
But im hoping to use the guys on here for some extra knowlege and tips and trick so it goes smooth

Im lucky enough to have a good contact in the states to help pack and send my stuff here

Thats why I bought the 100CI Revtech as its a cheap power plant
BUT Ive just spoken to my engineer and he wants something to say it complies to 2011 emission standards ?
I can fit everything to make it comply but there is nothing from revtech direct for australian standards - did you ever have this issue chopa?

    Main PURCHASES
Frame $1500 ( Long Story but diff frame to what I ordered )
Motor $2000 new unused 2006 mod
6speed $700 ultima yet to purchase
BDL TF2000 Drive $1000 new unused
300 Spoked Rim & Tyre $700 new unused
    Forks (have already)
    Loom $250
    Rear Guard $200

I have alot to go but as chopa said I have a bank of parts to use, swap and sell
SO SOMEONE BUY MY SPORTSTER MOTOR IN PARTS FORSALE to fund my next stage

    Hey Walka

I called and emailed your man Peter like a year ago when we spoke about my iron head build and he isnt taking new customers even if I was referred :(
New guy seems good on everything else other than the engine - has looked at my build plan and spent an hour with me at no charge will quiz him harder on the motor as I have paid for the revtech

Your new build looks mad wish I had the coin for your motor

While I have yours and chopawezza's attention
Is Jokey shift - 100% a no go seeing as I need to have both hand on the bars?
Can I use Jap bike brakes (front calipers) without ADR issues - or should I stick with HD gear as the weights are the same?

El Skitzo - Nothing mounted yet
It came with a basic spiggot and all thread set up that I have to mount but I might have something a little nicer than what I have machined up

10K is the go man - Im determined to keep it under that aswell

The whole ADRs lights , Reflectors and all the ICV requirements are on a tick box check list issued by vic roads so thats made the head aches a little easier
