    Hi guys,

I am trying to find some information around upgrading my throttle body/assembly for the 95 build I am about to undertake, but can't seem to find and info on what to use to improve the flow.  I think I need to improve to injectors and have at least a 50mm throttle body can anybody tell me what fits and is a good mix

    website as above
    Try a HPI 51mm for a mild 95"
what year is your bike as this makes a difference with flanges as well as throttle body.

I started off I was upgrading to 95" using Wiseco 4.6cc forged pistons @ 3.885, Andrews 37's, SE Tuner, SE premeium tapered pushrods, already have air kit and upgraded to Screamin Eagle II Slip-on exhausts, but the one's you can change the baffles, then I decided I would get the heads ported, then I found a set of CNC Ported screamin eagle heads brand new.  Well fuck me I thought may as well get an upgrade on the throttle as well.  I'm just about broke buying parts, but they look the part.  All of this put together should give me around 10.1:1 static compression with corrected of about 9.36:1.  From that I am having issues around whether I should stick with the 37's or head off and buy another set of cams, the guys at Andrews said the 54's are good at 10.1 comnpression, I am also putting in compression releases.  now back to the throttle, what's the go with boring the original out, would the guys who bore my cylinders be able to do the body?  What would I pay for that?  With using a 51 from HPI do you think I will lose bottom end?

I am collecting parts ATM for my 98" build, Woods 6R, Stg 3 heads & Fatcat, my headporter in US tells me that a HPI 51mm 1.71 inlet would complement my build nicely.
Now comparing what he has told me & for what you are doing maybe a 51mm throttlebody might be 2 over the top for what you are doing & boring to 48mm might be just the ticket, but I also could be wrong.
1 way to check is to throw a thread on HD forums USA & get the real gurus opinion.
If they reckon go to 48mm, buy a TB off ebay USA & send it straight to HPI to get it reworked.
Sorry I can't be any more help than that.
