Hi to all... My machine is a 1994 Softail fully customised....has featured in OZBIKER (No. 295 p.78) ,HEAVY DUTY (issue 99 p.136 ) and latest OZBIKE ( No.336 p.28) .I have just moved from Coffs Harbour to Bay side Brisbane. The usual hassles of changing rego. will shortly be upon me. Accordingly, I have 2 important decisions to make.....Firstly ,where to go for the best shot at a Safety Cert....been told open primaries, Vance and Hines pipes, side mounted plate etc are a bit of a no, no in QLD.....Any suggestions as to where I should try my luck would be much appreciated !!
Secondly, and probably of more interest, certainly to NSW members....I have the Rego.plate White on Black "SICAZ"......I was going to keep it and put it in storage but I figure if there was enough interest I would part with it for a princely sum so it's on a Harley somewhere , not sitting in a storeroom !! The plate has attracted a lot of interest at bike shows , runs etc and the odd constabulary member of course.....So any feedback as to what it may be worth....where to advertise etc would be an excellent guide....I see "AUSSIE HD "said he' d " luv to have it" in a post back in 09....Any way first go at this so go easy...

Just happened to have issue 295 amongst a few old Ozbikes lyin around. The Softy looks damn good back then mate, nice to see how it looks today!
Interesting life youve had by the sounds of it mate, bet you got a few stories to tell!
Can't help with the QLD rego stuff.................but welcome to the madhouse anyway!
