I have a sportster 48 and would like to upgrade the rear shocks with a pair of street glide air shocks, does anyone know if the shocks wll fit the 48? any advice would be appriciated.

you would just have to measure the length, of your shocks & the shocks your talking about wanting to fit. if they are same length, they might fit & your bike might stay same hight as it is now. if the other shocks are longer it will be higher than it is now at the rear. also need to check bolts that mount both shocks to the bike are same diamiter.
another important thing to think about is the weight of the street glide would be considerably more than your 48 so no idea what the ride would be like.
