Just found out why my bike lost it's drive ,

' The old pully comming off the gear box trick !  ' ..... and to fix it ,.... I've pulled the whole bike down , primary, clutch basket ,even taking out the gear box !!!!!

Something has slipped and the pully won't make mesh with the splines on the out put gear shaft , so the box needed to be open up too .

Good to hear , that they make a better pully for this problem , seams that it was a common  fault , ....

so guys , any old harleys 92 ish ...check your nutz !!!! ......or it will do your nutz !!!!

I had an issue with mine on a 92 FLHS, back in 95. Got repaired before any real damage. Just wear and tear on a bike this old today. All I can say is what a bugga.
