Cam bearing install tool question?

    Hi all,

    Just bought a cam bearing install/removal tool with instruction only for the install tool from heartland usa $180 the install is not a problem but the removal tool is.The splayed end of the puller is over sized to the bearing?How the hell do you install the puller i removed the inner rod from the puller and tried to tap the puller through the bearing but it felt really tight.Anybody got a clue cause i dont.

    I'm on the piss & my attitude is if you are not mechanically aptitude you should not be playing with this equipment.
     

    I can see all the members online waiting to take me to task on that comment.

    Thats cool bro

    I just put a small hose clamp on the puller to contract it so i could get the little prick in, instead of belting the shit out of it.

    Jobs done.Should have it running tomorrow just in time for the rain.
