Help needed with Dyna S ignition wiring

I bought a second hand Dyna S ignition system off here to run twin plug heads on my Shovel. The person I bought it off can't remember how it was wired up and I can't seem to find any wiring instructions that match what I have.

I got the timing plate, Two coils and a mounting bracket.

On the timing plate I have two pickups and three wires running from them which are coloured Red, Orange and White.

There are no part numbers on anything and the coils aren't marked with + or - poles, Part of what I am finding difficult is not knowing if I have two single fire coils which would mean that each coil fires both plugs in one head or if I have two twin fire coils which would mean that each coil fires one plug in each head. The other part of the problem is knowing which of the three wires goes where.

If there is anyone out there that has any idea what I am on about and knows the answers it would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks Cris, PM sent.

Forgot to mention that I have downloaded 3 different sets of diagrams from the Dynatek site but they don't match with what I have.

    Cheers Shaggz

Follow up, I just read your original question. You have 2 pick ups, it's a single fire system, white goes to both coils(power), orange to either front or rear coil (1 or 2 towers?) if 2 towers, both leads from that coil go to either front or back cylinder( I pressume you have double plugged heads.) Adjust your timing by ear . Check which one fires front or back(orange or red.) and wire accordingly.

Hope I'm clear if not get in touch.

    Cheers,

    Cris.

Time to add some pics of the work then so we can follow!
It'd be good to see an old shovel getting reloved and restarted.
