Hot Idle with MT8

G'day and I need some help please.  I loaded my first MT8 map (DTW205-03) with cam tune and done four sessions with the Vtune.  The bike runs like a cut snake, never been this good.  08Road King - 103, 211's, 2 into 1's, hi flow air and head clean up.  My only problem is it runs very hot on idle, around the 250C mark and goes into temperature control which is a problem I never had with the MT7's.  I have the IVO set at 2 which is my take on reading the graph and IVC set at 3.  I run CLB at 645 and will be changing the idle AFR cells at the 30 - 40 MAP to 13.5 to see if this helps.  Any comments on what else I can do to bring the the temp down would be most welcome.  Also would an IVO thats too early have any bearing on this?  Thanks Fred

Increasing the CLB on its own did not stop it from running hot at idle but did slow it down. From a cold start with an ambient of around 15C it got to 175C before I shut it off. Will try with the AFR next.

Also make sure you closed throttle timing is set. You should be getting teh same temperatures with either a MT7 or MT8 calibration if tuned to the same values.
