Hi just in follow to my 1st post on this topic I know that insurance companies will go to great lengths not to pay up as that is how they make their money, just like gyms by people not going.... I rang a couple of companies not long ago to get some quotes on comp ins on my sporty in preparation, as soon as I said I will have after market pipes on they said sorry we cant insure you and another company said because I hadnt ridden or had a bike registered in my name recently they wouldnt insure me either.

Harley dealers in Sydney seem to be using QBE and it was easy. I have all pipes a/c and tuner plus riding gear. Cost for me Peter is approx $500 per year, possibly cheaper for you being in th north.
