Sorry to hear about your experiance, i got my bike from Horsham, the Horsham dear is fantastic in my book, they could not have done more for me. With the dyno i think they would have just loaded a file into your bike and not even put it on the rollers....if they did dyno it thenthat is a big worry! Email Harley davidson and see what they have to say...the more people complain the more they will take notice..
