I need to reshape my seat, and being short of cash I thought I would do it myself to save a bit of money. Can anyone tell me where you get the proper high density foam from?  I dont think clark rubber carry it. I have a hot wire cutter for shaping it, but dont have the foam!

I rode endure bikes for many years and used an electric carving knife to help reshape my seats with great success.

You might consider using some EVA or PE foam( around 45kg density) as the base with a high density urethane( around 70kg-90kg) on top for comfort. Both are easy to shape. Glue substrates together and trim. try a professional trimmer for offcuts.
