I have noticed some very light scratches in my black denum paint on my Iron.  There appears to be no gouging of the paint as it is smooth to the touch.  Can anyone suggest how I might go about polishing these marks out?

Thought about getting one, the dealer quoted me $1000 to spray it clear to make it look  vivid black as I prefer.  But going to wait for the 2012 new colours.  You might have to polish the whole tank, not sure how it would turn out.  Take it to a painter or polisher.  Good luck

Don't touch it or try to buff or polish the marks out mate. It will just make it worse. Read the Harley blurb on denim paint. They say it is supposed to age and fade like denim jeans. This is code for marks and scratches stay there for good. Cheer, TC
