Just in regards to fuel usage, I got 400 ks out of the very first tank on my 2012 Ultra. When i refueled, i think it took 21.9 liters. The second tank i refueled at 390 ks. So i know they can go over 400 ks easy if you want them to. But not if you give it to them.
Hi Guys,
Would be interested in getting a bit more info on this mod, has anyone else done this on a roadking? seeing as this is okay for your CVO model, how would it go for a standard 103 engine roadking with monster ovals (mine) do I need to upgrade the air intake but then if that is the case I would need a tune too thereby negaging part of the savings eh, I would really like a bit more power, less engine temp and more exhaust thump eh!
How much did it increase in dB reading Baloff? did you notice if it was much louder? Thanks.
Hello Baloffski,
And other HD Brothers, courtesy of a response......
I am history, gone, sold both bikes, gone for good... Back on my horses competing intererstate.. At last look my bike had the proper air fuel, and was getting over 400 out of a tank routinely with the 110 and cruising.. 420 was commonplace and never ran out of fuel. The Mod worked.
Anyway, P Platers, Sheilas Texting while weaving through traffic in Boy friends jacked up 4x4, and agro losers trying to just beat out one more set of drivers weaving through traffic, as if it was going to make a difference, it has all caught up with me. The Drivers out that have gotten so $hit, that I want to carry a gun and put the fear of God in them. Since the Government won't let me have any fun, and they won't get the cars off the road one day a week, I have decided it was just not worth it.
I went to my last HD Funeral for a Friend, and have quit. 61 years old, very successful, compete horses, it was just not worth getting rear ended or having some Yabo run a red light hit or something and get run down by some dumb A$$.... It is just not worth it. Idiot pulled in behind me as I was going around in a Cul-de-sac, with funny slanted curb, it was either hit him or try and run the slanted curb, I put Her up on the curve but it was too steep and set her down on the right no quit clearing my right leg and visited wounded knee again. Kept riding, but then had to attend the Funeral of a Friend again from another altercation. It all caught up with me finally, the Drivers are $hit out there, agro and getting worse... So, I have quit riding..
Good luck to the rest of you, keep the shiney side up, and watch out for the "Killers on the road".......... I am gone, history, Cowboy is back on four legged rides...
Geezuz Cowboy,,,,, that's pretty bloody extreme Mate, extremely sad to hear.

Hi Guys I have just purchased some pre cat gutted headers from the USA http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/281473340057?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 so really looking forward to the extra mileage and louder sound to the monster ovals (not in that order) I also have the Xieds fitted so my mileage is already taking a hit, I will have to get a local buy to fit them and I will ask him to wire up the other exhaust valve open as well.... I also am heading off to Tassie with the bike in a couple of weeks so hoping they arrive and I can get them fitted before I leave..... not related but I found this nice piece of bling for my sissy bar http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Harley-skull-backrest-docking-harware-plate-fits-touring-Road-King-Street-Glide-/161355627041?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&var=&hash=item25918b7a21
