I would have been keen on this one, already got this weekend booked with guys from the XR5 turbo forum. Not a lot of choices for accommodation in Miles from memory.

They do have a big historical museum out there, that is if you like wandering around those types of places.

Knew I shouldn't post when I've had a few. I've come a croppa before. My post was completely tongue in cheek however sarcasm is a little hard to detect when on line and proof reading, well that goes by the whey side.

There's over 4000 pics and 300 video clips - damn those digital cameras!!. I haven't sorted out the rubbish yet, I'll post some up when I finish. But I can tell ya that there are a lot scarier roads than the Dragon. Route 34 from Granby to Loveland in Colorado. 12,000 feet, hairpins, melting snow, no shoulders or guardrails....and idiots in Winnebagos trying to pass ya ... 

Hats off to the bike riders on that road... 

Davo- ive just been sitting back chillin watching this trip go from 1 page to 15,  and we still have another 2 months to go.

At no time has robo looked like he was in trouble other wise i would have stepped in  and given him a hand but he is ugly enough to look after himself  .

last time i went to Miles was on the way to Bathurst 1000,  the road from theodore to taroom was littered with Roos ( even cleaned a copper up) but it will be a good ride on my scooter.
