    I had a ripper today

     

    Started off at the fish markets  with Oysters Kilpatrip and garlic and lime BBq octopus

     

    Then for dinner had some Steamed oysters in ginger, soy  and then cranked up the webber with a nice N.Z. snapper

    steak pie & apple roll for lunch hot chips on bread lots of butter for dinner .............not healthy i know

    Had a massive cook-up yesterday, Myself and a chef friend of mine went on a big shopping mission. 80 odd bucks of Fresh Meat and veggies were turned into a huge pile of Curry Samosa, Beef and (Home brew) Guinness Pies, and Chicken and Avocado Pasta bake.
    I'll be eating like a (Road) King for the rest of the week.

    Muselie and lite Soy Milk, and a black coffee for brekky.
    Egg and lettuce sanger, without butter for lunch, and a cappachino.
    Tea/Dinner (for the toffs) is lamb chops and steamed veggies.
    We are on a healthy diet as you can see, that's what happens when you are on the wrong side of 50.

    HAHAHAHA........ on a motorbike site, what a pisser of a thread.... egg bacon onion cheese hamburger for lunch, 1 1/2 family beef pies for tea..... and half a bottle of Beam........ I'm watching my figure...........lol
