Just got my copy of Heavy Duty ( the bible or PORN ) and the editor has confirmed an Anniversary nightrod model for 2012 ..... just told the wife and she NOT TOO HAPPY ....... had the Muscle a year this week but think i will NEED a new one !!!!

I would of thought HD would have produced an Anniversary Model in 2013......

why is that Rocky ????? this just a ten year ( 2002 - 2012 ) to mark first V rod ...... i hope the t shirt is cool cause thats all the "boss" said i can buy

oh yeah .......... so 2013 they will 110 year for sure .... did love that color on all the 105 anniversary models .... wouldnt' mind picking the wife a sporty of that model

Just had my plugs done at 8,000 and they a little dark .... guy said i need to flush out some carbon and LET THE BUGGER REV !!!!

Just standard plugs ....... not riding heaps , only 8,000 in last year , do you think plugs make a difference ????

nightrod has been changed a bit also, anniversary model is just a silver nightrod

not much difference now between muscle and NRS ..... not a fan of the new rear on NRS but the black inverted front and speed screen look cool ... hope the headlight mounting same so i can put screen on mine

i just recently bought a 2011 night rod special.... had the choice of the 2012 but took the 11.... was really not a fan of new rear!!! and the front near the head light.... looks kinda cool by itself but wen ya look at it with the whole bike and the new rear it just didnt do it for me.... and gf liked the thicker pillion seat for the rare occasion she will be getting on it haha

Was there much difference in price? '11 to the '12. We all seem to agree that the rear end on the '12 is abit SOFT looking, if soft is the right word.
Very happy with my 440's on the rear and springs on the front, Fck, you need them.

nah was jackity all in price difference.... well in the scheme of wat your actually spending its not worth worrying about.... i went purely on the looks between the 2 of them... i think the anniversary model which they had just sold was even pretty much same price as a normal night rod
