Has anyone had trouble with these, i have heard after a while the LEDs stop working. I am thinking of fitting these to my 2011 Fatboy but if the LEDs are unreliable is it worth the hassle.

    Cheers Mickle.

while I don't have the flush mount filler, I have the flame version with the LED's....so far no problems with the lights...... they should outlast the bike ......

If your cap sits high... sand the bottom of it! Mine sat proud and after some slight sanding of the pastic - sits perfect!

Yep, it should work with all of them.

We had one sent wrong - they sent some other model that had a really long bit on the inside of the cap.  A dremel and some sandpaper fixed it!!

Mine fits fine and have had no probs with the chrome (it's 7 years old). One of the LEDs went out a month ago but after a few days came back on and hasn't had a problem since.

The one problem I had recently was the cap wouldn't pop up so I couldn't get the cap off. After fiddling about with it for ages I finally managed to get it of and found that the pop-up mechanism had gotten very stiff. I fed a bit if light machine oil into it and it's working again but I expect I'll need a new one eventually because you blokes are going to give me a very hard time when we pull in to fuel up and I can't get the cap off!

    I think they look great.
