G'day fellas,
I am a movie buff when I'm not wrenching or working, and I know that I have a few movies that really just make me up and hit the road.
Ones like Easy Rider (I hated the end though), Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man (The first five minutes only, the rest wasn't exactly good), and funnily enough an old school movie called The Gumball Rally, which had a character who rode a 400 kwaka from NY to LA against ferraris and an AC Cobra....
So what movies, or shows or whatever get the blood flowing with regard to Harleys, bikes, riding etc ?
Cheers,

"Choppertown: the Sinners". Totally changed the way I saw bikes, riding them and building them. Plenty of good riding footage during the movie and lots more in the special features section of the DVD.
The same guys latest movie "The Harbortown Bobber" has some excellent and inspirational riding footage in it too, especially in the special features section, in particular watching a whole crew of Choppers riding along the coast to the David Mann Chopperfest bike show.
Worlds fastest indian
the movie stone for me. I built my first bike after watching the scene when midnight did that wheelie on the black Z9

"The Motorcycle Diaries", Che Guevara's trip around South America from which he developed his taste for revolution after seeing the plight of peasants. 5,000 miles in four months. OK, the bike didn't quite make it all the way but it's a hell of a story and the scenery is stunning. Here's the trailer:
