looking at these for a 07 softail, price seems pretty good

anyone had bought a set, if so are they worthwhile?

They are just around the corner from my joint. I have been in there to look at their luggage etc and they are $129 for a reason as in nothing flash but if you had the brackets they would do their job okay I guess.

 

I was looking at a set of these a while ago. They sell them on ebay.

I got chatting to a guy that bought some. He put them on his wifes Jap Crap. He said it was OK for that ,but wouldn't put them on his Harley. He said "watch out when they get wet"................ They totaly loose their shape.

 I s'pose if you didn't get them wet and kept up with a leather dressing they would do. They didn't look to bad, but it has been said, "you get what you pay for"............good luck
