Can anyone tell me if I can use stock harley ehaust gaskets when fitting a set of Fat Cats or will i have to get some from D&D. secondly what tension do i do the header studs up to , does any one know the specs for this.

Stix , Ive bought the pipes 2nd hand out off the local paper. havent picked them up yet but im guessing the original gassys wont be worth a pinch of shit. I did read somewhere that the original harley gasys fit better than after market ones but just want to confirm that.

Thanks for that Scotty , I have managed to download fitting instructions from bikernet but the just say to tighten to spec, they dont say what the specs are.

The D&D s are on now, relativeley hassel free. the hardest thing was wrigling the headers into position and lineing up the ports. If loud pipes save lives they should nominate me for the "nobel fucking peace prize". Very loud, I like it,
not sure about the local cunstables.
