    Rule Number 227 . Do not disconnect Sporster Battery , unless you have ( A ) Ear protection ( B ) Friendly and Understanding neighbours.

    Read the label inside the battery cover!!

    (how do I know? Cos I did the same stupid thing last weekend) fuck me that alarm is loud when you are right next to it!

    Yes ,  Scouser and others ,correct again , in future i will read the Owners manual , read the inside battery side cover and read the WORKSHOP MANUAL . This only proves that i still have a long way to go when it comes to working on Motorcycles . As penance , i will sweep the floor , empty and clean the rubbish bin , clean and wipe down all benches. In future , before my grubby little hands touch the finest Motorcycle to ever roll along our roads i will read and understand the HARLEY DAVIDSON WORKSHOP MANUAL that was written by people who are far more intelligent than i could ever be.

    What did you think was gonna happen with an alarm lol

    At least the main fuse is piss easy to get to, even without tools.

     Mine doesn't do it, is there a battery in alarm that can be changed?
