Sweatheart, if ya crew is worth their salt, it won't matter, ya'll both be welcome ta ride.

Little things like who and who's not connected shouldn't bother them, if ya ex don't wanna talk, maybe you've had a win.

I hope the illness thing is under control spawn - good luck with that! My two cents:

There's a fair few of my friends who've busted up recently (including me) and plenty are long timers with no hope of reconcilliation, so it's a kinda  happening thing in my circle...

For group rides it shouldn't be a problem if the crew is large in mumber, but it will be awkward if only three or four turn up... I assume every one in the group is aware you two are no longer together - and not talking?

If it were my friends we'd all be fine with both turning up for rides coz we know that's your passion - the relationship thing is purely for you two to sort out. It's just an 'understood' kinda thing amongst the peoples and everyone would avoid the subject.

You're there for the ride, the views and the friends and it's likely only a big deal for you and the ex - I'd imagine everyone else is over it.

Step aside ? whatever,,, sounds like ya might be lookin for a new crew ta ride with, there's more than one around.

My guess is that the one ya found here would be more than happy to ride with you.

Keep an eye on the State forum that you live in and make yaself known, plenty of good folk willing ta ride for the sake of riding with good company.

Stick around, I reckon yar in the right place to meet a few new friends.

    All the best.
