Still plenty available here, mine arrived today (6 days after order), fits like a glove. Appears to be good quality, can't tell the difference between genuine or not. I just typed DHGate leather jacket and searched by image, opened up anything that looked like HD and then Sussed out seller, I found one that accepted BPay.

it looks as though they are changing the word Harley Davidson and replacing with a key word of the month I.e. "COOL" and yes they are covering the logos with hood, own company water mark etc, but you can still see a tell tale HD zipper etc.

Bought a jacket from feiyingmoto on dhgate had a problem with the zipper broken and a couple of the hooks that keep the vest in broken negotiated with the guy and he refunded enough to get them fixed here in Adelaide v happy with the outcome

Good to hear that Chef. I haven't had any issues with mine but I did bust a zip when trying one on in the Dealership ages ago though...which is why I bought elsewhere

Got mine from seller sell_online within the DHGate wesbite

Go to www.dhgate.com and search on sell_online, then go to the sell_online store and have a look at all their jackets

They have probably stopped listing with the full words Harley-Davidson, may now be using H-D or similar.

May not now show the jackets with the Harley logo either (they did whan I purchased mine) so you may need to email them to confirm what logo/printing etc is actually on the jackets before ordering

I was/am extremely happy with the jacket I bought from this seller - $218 delivered, great quality, great fit.

So jump on and have a look and even ask the seller which ones are Harley jackets and what logos they have on them. He will probably take you offline to give you the full details.

Wasnt sure if I should have started this thread all that time ago. But I am really glad that I did as it seems to have saved us a quite few $.
I still have my first one. Its now quite faded but it has worn very well. The zipper puller was swapped (easy fix if you look back through this thread). I also had a seam come undone at the stitching under my armpit. Again, an easy fix. The original hoode vest liner has been tossed in a cupboard and a long sleeve hoodie used in its place.
I was going to look around for another on, but this is going so strong that I just dont feel the need. I look now and again to see if any newer designs are added, but I just goes on and on.
Dont hesitate to buy, sell-online and feingmotors seem to be the vendors of choice. Search for motorcycle leather and have a look, once you find either seller, just use the 'other items by this seller' function. You can also get a part number from of your favourite style from your dealer and try a search for that. I know nothing about any of the sellers apart from the one I used (sell-online). Have a read of this thread all the way through. I may save you a few hard earned beer vouchers.

No longer available anymore as HD have stepped in and virtually shut them down from selling the jackets. I clicked on a link from a previous post in this section and a big warning came up from HD

Be interesting to see where these 'opportunities' will pop up next. I guarantee, any company that contracts for stuff to be Made in China will have leakage from the factory that ends up being sold somewhere else. Sure there are blatant rip offs and then there is what we have here. Think of it as a tax for outsourcing...
