G,day conmore--there is hundreds of different suppliers .The most recent one i used isGuanzhou Huihuang trade co ltd, on Aliexpress. Got some HD gloves.
I ordered a HD Freedom Rider leather jacket from Aliexpress ($240.00) a few weeks ago and last week received my jacket. It was a cheap ass cotton hoodie that had a genuine leather label on it. Contacted Aliexpress and sent the photos they requested, ie. photo of jacket, photo of the shipping docket and tracking no. etc. The total weight of the parcel was 0.975 of a kg. The estimated shipping weight of the leather jacket I ordered was 3 kgs. Their reply was that I got what I ordered and I must have switched the parcel. Since that conversation they have not been contactable. So just saying ,be careful with these motherfuckers. I have lodged a dispute but cannot get a reply from them either.
I know a lot of you have had any problems, but if anyone was going to get caught out it had to be me. Looks like it's going to be a costly hoodie that by the way is very ill fitting and the front zipper doesn't work. So buyer beware.
Allde, First I am definitely not involved in any way with HD motoCo. I just thought I would share my experience with other members of this forum. If you would bother to look at where I reside there are not any HD dealers. I thought this forum was a good place to share experiences both good and bad. Obviously you are one of those members that are always looking for someone to have a cheap shot at. I wouldn't like someone else to go through this same experience. That was the simple reason for my post. Take it or leave it.
Russ4570, Maybe you should have look at my profile. It states my job. It also states that I have been a member since May, 2011. In future I will not post my experiences as it seems there are members quick to pass comment without checking things out eg. profiles. I have read a lot of great information, advice, stories etc. on this forum and have visited at least once a day in the last 18 months. I thought it may be of benefit to members to hear what has happened to me when ordering jackets from Aliexpress. I decided to buy from them because of all the positive feedback through this forum. I was just the unlucky one I guess.
I'll say it again chrisb, wasn't my intention to upset you. So please post your experiences, but please don't get offended if someone writes a bit of tongue in cheek in their replies. P.s I never look at profiles, that would be kinda like stalking.
Point taken. As for profiles, you only put want you want made available to members. I don't think that would be considered stalking checking to see what a member did for a living before passing comment.
I bought jacket from Aliexjpress through a supplier I cant remember, the product was spot on. What I would like to know and other members to, would be the supplier you got the jacket from that you were'nt happy with, so we all are aware of inferiar products and dodgy suppliers, (Aliexpress is only the go between). This is the internet age, buyer beware !!!! You lads should go for a ride together, otherwise everyone will be stalking each other. !!!!!
Aliexpress is the supplier and Alibaba is the go between. You are right, a ride would clear the air.

Well to add to the great debate a mate of mine from work brought in his jacket that he received yesterday to let me have a geez and for $205 delivered it was well worth the money. it looks just like the HD one and he received it in 7 days through DH Gate. He was even able to track delivery of it through the whole process....will definately buy a couple through the seller that he used ...most impressed. I think i will steer clear of the ali express site though
