240 phat arse kits

    Hi there people I am new to this site so take it easy on me. I have a 2000 model fat boy in bronze pearl colour very similar to commodore gold It has big bore kit cams rev box thunder slide kit and a set of Vance & hines big radius pies and am now wanting to fit a 240 phat arse kit and am Hoping some one can give me info on what kit to use and what not to use the more info the beta please as I will be doing all work my self except paint

    Just my 2cents, your money would be better spent on suspension and brake mods

    Sorry mate I forgot to mention I already have progressive springs in the front with 1.5 in longer legs and furnallies in the rear. I have braided brake lines and don't have an issue with them since.

    Dicks dobbed me in again,,,,He's the best

    There is a few Kits a around, Zodiac is one of the Cheaper ones and I wouldn't use one. There made in China and not good.most of the Parts dont fit up right.

    G'day AJ, Ive got the same model as yours, got a question, have you ever had trouble with your bank angle sensor?
    If not can you do me a big favour?
    When your dissmantle yours for the new swing arm etc, can you have a look at the bank angle sensor "black box 2" x 1" one bolt/screw holds it onto frame next to TSM below battery in front of back tyre.
    I need to know if there is an insulator between the sensor and the frame.
    Ive had to bypass mine coz vibration causes it to shut down the ignition at 110 kmh.

    Grub I have nether had a problem with it and I have never heard of it mate and it might be some time before I do it as I am just looking for options and getting prices together but I will look in the work shop book and get back to you.
