Received my Shotgun shocks last week and just installed them.  Best bang for you buck air ride available IMO and they've made it so bloody easy to install.  Took some photos for anyone interested in upgrading to an air ride.

Nice one piece unit and big compressor

Simple harness with molex connectors and heat shrink ready to go

Compressor with attached bracket just simply bolts under transmission with 2 bolts

Shocks are designed to drop down 90 degrees for transmission oil changes.

    Shocks installed

Plug in one air line and connectors just plug in and shrink wrap over for complete seal.

Finally switch installed on horn bracket.

Been raining heaps here so haven't had a chance to test the system out properly, but it does raise & drop the bike quite quickly.  Firmness can be adjusted to bouncy to almost stiff as a rigid.

Looks good. What did they end up costing you? Are you in Sydney, if so, would love to have a look if possible.

    G'day

Thanks for posting, looks very neat. I put progressive's on a while ago and they are much better then stock. I have never been real happy with them though as I ride about 50% two up so can get them working well for either just one up or two but not both. I take it yours, you will be able to adjust easily on the go.

Get out in the rain and tell how they go.

Looks like a neat setup, do the shocks hang below or above the frame rails, would be great to see in action as I would be interested in a set of Shotgun Shocks.

    Hi Guys,

Can you tell me will the shotgun suspension install on a 2011 fat boy lo with ABS? I have read comments from JD (Shotgun Rep) and their commetns were that it would not work?

I am very interested in anyones feedback here.

    Cheers,

Peter Stevens gave me a price on the Shotguns a month ago - $1800 !!!  At the same time, Shotgun directly from the US was $1430 USD.  Go figure !!!

I needs me a set of these shocks man. All reports ive read say they are the Rolls Royce of shocks. I'v even been on the US forum asking questions. I gots to get my Fatty riding comfy for my fat arse. If you have a problem with the unit JD will not let you down.
    Even tho the shock has.;)
Seriously, He has in other situations sent out a new replacement almost immediately.
I had mine upgraded at no cost. You have nothing to worry about.

JD is very quick on answering any problems.
