Ok whos the clutch expert? i need to drain them of some knowledge.

I have this setup and i am having a little trouble.

 Hi the bike is un fired

I put the plates in about 1 month ago and just soaked them in trans fluid.

there is no primary cover on at the moment and I have only just fitted the pressure plate and the clutch spring.

I fitted the plates with fibre steel fibre steel etc and there was 1 plate which looked like to fibres together woth small brass rivets holding them together, I put this in the middle of the clutch pack.

It feels to me that there is no return pressure on the clutch spring pushing the clutch rod back towards the actuator

The lever moves 3-5mm then feel solid, it has no feel like a clutch where you can feel the lever engage and release the clutch.

 Found the problem I didnt install the actuator all the way off so I was adjusting te cable with the clutch 1/2 in the on position so now all seems to be ok.
