Hey All.Just wondering if anyone has the "Street slammer" bars and incorporated risers fitted to their Softail Standard.

If you have, I wanna know roughly how tall you are,if they are a long reach like they look like they are, roughly how much ya paid for 'em,and how much of a bitch they were to fit

Pics would even be appreciated. It's hard to tell with bike parts. You think you want something, then once you see it fitted,it's a different story.

    Cheers.

    Hey Mate,

I had these fitted pre-purchase; they were thrown in on the whole deal.   I am 184cms tall.   Had my ride since December 2009 and I love the street slammers.  For me they are comfortable.

Thanks mate, that's a bloody nice lookin' bike.

These bars have always made it look like bit of a stretch to me,but apart from looking shit hot, everyone I have spoken to about them says they don't feel like they have to stretch to reach them.Maybe It's just an illusion. After seeing that,I reckon they might be on the cards.

I love that front wheel too mate. What make is it ?

    Cheers.

Got these from Luke at Gworks in Geelong. I'm 188cm and these work really well, I had ape hangers before these and didn't find them comfortable at all.

I've got "T" bars with 8" risers on my fxst and I'm 5'6" they're good. Whe I first installed them I used urathane mounting doovers but there must of been some metal to metal contact because they vibrated to the shit house. afte a bit of adjustment , good as gold.

I had them on my bike with 1 inch spacers under them, i am 6ft and i loved them. The spacers reduced the stretch just enough.
