Hi guys well i picked up my 1991 1200 sportster about twelve months ago for $5000 motor was good and was sort of rideable but electrics and alot of gear was worn out got it home and replaced  a few things and polished all the alloy parts on my bench polisher in the shed  and replaced the tank for a penut tank solo seat and different rear guard. AS you will see in the pics it made alot of difference but still wasnt happy and the following pics are whats happening now hope you enjoy my slow rebuild .All the stuff getting done to the bike will be in my shed besides the frame welding

Well this is the start of probably a couple of years without riding guys hope you enjoy

Cheers mate was not much work to get it too the bottom pic but this build is going to be fun alot more custom work in the shed. Just been at richardsons Harley davidson in gas and Simon the owner has given me alot of help just got to shoot a email tonight for all the second hand parts I need for the bike even thinking of going springer front as he has some old ones there that have the look I'm going for
