Hey guys, got a question for you all. What do you do about test rides when your selling your bike?? Do you let them on it to try it and potentially drop it, or what?? Just curious as I know I would like to try a used bike out before I bought it, but I don't want to be left with a bill to fix it if some one drops it on a test ride. You also don't want to let every want to be biker on it.
I going to be putting mine up for sale soon and want to see what others think before I run into the problem.
Any thoughts?
Thanks, Rob

Thanks Guys, good advise and I did not know that about the insurance.
I thought the same with a test ride, most people wanting to buy one already know what the bikes are like, so yes the test ride should be just to make sure it's OK and working as it should, I wanted to make sure I'm thinking like others and not just being a hard arse like I am normally.

Watcha selling and watcha gonna buy???
I'm looking at selling my 2009 Road King, I have wrecked my right arm and left knee due to a sporting injury and have not been on the bike for a while. So was thinking I should just move it on rather than just have it sit in the garage, will not be getting another in the short term at least not until everything if fixed with the old body first.
I'm putting this up from what Dave was saying about interested parties, I'll also put one up in the for sale section soon.
2009 FLHR, Vance and Hines True Duals and Twin Rounds, lowered HD suspension, Heritage Style Bars, Street Glide rear filler panel and tri bar brake and tail light plus other bits and peices too numerious to mention, bike will be sold with the Hard bags on it, not the Road King Custom bags on it now or the number plate. Asking $27,800.00 but open to serious offers.
