Hi guys just started my long slow rebuild of my 91 1200 sportster just stripped the bike and waiting to get a hardtail from the states.was going to go new frame but love customizing things so will cut the standard frame and add the hardtail.will post some pics of the start on the weekend with my last shed project 1985 wide glide

Well guys the hardtail is on it's way from the states decided on a Cole foster tank from salinas brothers forward control mounts oil tank and lines are getting sorted now.once I have everything here I will start taking detailed pics of all the cutting and mounting of mounts on the frame for mock up then things will slow down as funds aren't huge but will enjoy the arrival of every package

ok guy bit late but will start posting the pics tomorrow night the bike is now a roller again with the 200 ass end just waiting on the sprocket brake offset sprocket chain and fwd control mounts too turn up the its out too my mates engenieering workshop too make the spacers and begin welding all the new fwd control mounts battery box oil tank solo seat mounts ultima brain box mounts exile cycles hidden switch loom amongst other things. cant wait to show you guys in a big hit instead of small dribbles of how its going so stay tuned

just testing guys if it works this is the sporty when i picked it up for five grand

after i picked it up i played with it for a month and this was the result and it only cost me $50 to do

Now this is where the fun begins moved too the new place and got home from a ride and thought bugger it i want to chop it so this is what it looked like twelve hours later
