then cut the frame that was a bloody cant go back moment and got the rear hardtail lighned up and tig it all up

so it was a while saving up for parts but got the rear 16 inch 5.5 40 spoke wheel and a nice 200 rear tyre the sprocket brake offset sprocket chain and my forward control weld on mounts should turn up monday and then it heads to my mates workshop so we can make the spacers for the rear then we will weld the oil tank brackets on and mount that thr rear guard extra gussets on the bottom of the frame weld on fwd control mounts so i can run softail fwd controls and hopefully the seat and all the mounts will turn up so we can weld them on.Got a great early seventys tank from ebay last week that has twin petcocks old style pull out ones that looks cool as shit on the bike also modified the top tripple tree removed the mounting bolts for the headlight and reshaped it so it looks nice and custom.Also polished the carby manifold and customized the rear calliper bracket but not using that now.

Ok guys this is where im up too tonight so will wait a while till i get everything welded on and mounted up but i hope you have enjoyed the picture show cause im loving it

Well my chain offset sprocket and weld on fwd control mounts turned up today hopefully the sprocket brake turns up tomorrow and I can get the bike out too the other workshop to get the spacers pads and start welding everything onto the frame

Cheers mate sprocket brake turned up today so will put it on tonight and take some pics. Found some info out on my motor last night. How do you think she will go with it going from a 1200 to a 1430 cc I'm exited

My boys love being in the shed with me and I love it as I want them too have the same passion as me as they grow older. My eldest boy has already helped me when I built my 1985 wide glide

Quick update the bike had gone out too a mates workshop too have the rear wheel spacers mate and the sprocket spacer made.Next time I take some pics I will start welding the other parts onto the frame then start attacking the electrics and get it too complete mock up. Stay tuned

new gas caps old school cool

new larosa seat turned up today and mounts from lowbrow customs

pulled the front end to modify the tripple trees too accept the new headlight then polished it to death with my trusty bench polisher

I just picked up my first ever Harley a 883 sporty 1992, love it,  not sure what direction I want to go with some mods like boober style or cafe racer, nothing too crazy as Im not very handy like yourself, but good luck with it.

What sort of bars did you have on it after you first modified it.
