Is today parked outside my office window..

Amusingly, people keep stopping, taking pictures, looking around it etc.. Its a completely stock 48, just watched a couple of chick posing behind it while their boyfriends took pictures.

Very odd! Who would of though a little stock basic Sporty would create a stir?!

Understand what you mean Mr Mow,  what model is your guitar in your avatar? I had a 1971 "P" Bass, my Dad gave me for my 16th b/day. Yeah, touchy subject that, i hocked it when i was about 20. One of the most stupidest thing i ever done, Dad wasn't happy 'bout it either i might add. I bought my 16yr old son his 1st "P" Bass last year. Hope he don't make the same stupid mistake i did. Of cause, his circumstances are a lot different to mine growing up.

That particular one was a Fender 'roadworn' 50s PBass, its a cheaper line they do with specially aged and dried woods, super thin nitrocellulose finish (like they did in the 50s) and sort of 'worn in', they feel exactly like a 30 year old bass thats been gigged everyday.. for $1000!

Currently rocking a 59 Reissue PBass and a Gibson Les paul bass, sold off loads of my stuff of late to buy my bike, but just keeping what I need for gigs!

You hocked a 71 P bass.. ouch man!!
