Hey guys looking for a bit of advice, considering lowering my Dyna. Any reccomendations if i should or shouldnt and if so how much? I know it looks good lowered but im more concerned bout performance/handling then looks. Should i leave it or does lowering it a bit help performance?

Depends how much you lower mate. I have Burly Brand shocks (10.5") and there is basically no handling. I have adjusted my riding style now so that I know how far to lean into corners to avoid scraping. I'm not going for handling with this bike though.

Have you seen any good installation guides since, I'll certainly look into doing the myself.. (on the Sputhe) that is..

18" rear wheel fills out the rear guard a bit better, was going to lower mine but after fitted the 18" its low enough, do a bit of two up too so its good how it is...

Yep, I ain't bagging the way my FatBob handles no sir.

Lowering and handling (on HD's) do not go hand in hand though so decide whether you wanna be the man in the carpark or the mountains and then make a call from there.

Im with you blokes. My 07 Streetbob handles like a dream.NO  stabilizers.

I reset the front rear wheel alignment. They are rarely correct from the factory.

Set fork hight properly.they were wrong too.

    Fitted a S E forkbrace.They are the ducks guts.

A set of mettzler marathons topped it of  170/60x17 rear 100/90x19 front

Mate when i LOOK at a corner the Bob just goes around it.

    Cheers Stewy
