Got a set of power duals and high out put slip ons trough my local harley dealer in Perth, bought as a new package with bike.
Only problem is they can not tune the bike with these power dual headers on. Have swapped different slip ons and still can't tune in. Seems there is not enough bottom end back pressure, ok at 2500 rpm and above. So they have put the original headers back on with my high output slip ons and presto it runs beautiful.
Has anybody here had trouble with the power dual header pipes?

Be interested to hear how it goes after a while. Have been considering adding air and cams to my 103 SG. Only has pipes and PC V at present, but runs very well.
I had the same problem with the Power Dual for my Road King 2010 After analysis it was the O2 sensors were not well placed or not sufficiently in contact with exhaust gases Therefore impossible to make tunes The difference are the sensors after 2009, for example, 2010 and 2011 are different and smaller, not the same diameter. Their operation is completely different I asked the question at V&H and no satisfactory answer Maybe you are luckier than me but we must try and keep me informed

that's right, when I asked at V&H said it to me never had this problem I'm curious that someone ask this question What can be done, do you have an idea Can they desoldering, or can they be cutting
im putting on dresser duals not the power duals only because i like the look of the dressers.
Vance & Hines basically told me the same, they have not had any issues with this set up using their 'Fuel pack'
Dont lke V&H, put on new big shot true duels and lost 10HP at the rear wheel. told the steelers to take em off and put the standard headers back on with 4inch SE slash cuts. all good now.
