Yep wear is sh1t............. just not as bad as dunnies  IMO

this is on 21'' front (my bike is 07 NT also)  dunnies 10,000  shot

dragons 12,000 shot   both scrubed out  R/H side

rear: dunnies 10,000 shot, dragons 12,000, a little bit to go

Neither have let go on me ( spirited mtn riding)

dragon roll through corners real nice ,whereas i had to tip the bike into corners with dunnies

imo due to dunnies being more squareish (rear tyre) whereas dragons more rounder profile (looking from the back)

    Gilla,

I been gettin around 9,500 outta ma rear dunnies - had 2 replaced so far.

    Replaced front tyre @ 16,000.

Mainly ride open road - but an hour of traffic lights on the way out and back into the Inner West suburbs.

However, my throttle wrist has an affliction to putt putt riding away from traffic lights..........................

Guess I will give the Dragons a spin next time

In 08 I bought a new Heritage, have done 40,000k's on it mostly 2up,wore out the rear tyres at about 15,000 K's each ,at 30,000k the front Dunlop was still legal but I changed to Night Dragons front and rear to keep them matched, they had alot more grip and feel to them in the dry I was stoked, however in the wet they were'nt as good as the Dunlops nore did they last as long after 10,000k's I need to replace the rear , and the front in about another 3,000.If your bike is for cruising or touring the Dunlops do a fine job in all conditions,if you like to ride hard and don't mind paying a bit more ,more often for your tyres try the Nigt Dragons.
