well i promised it It would never see a wet road ...... well so much for that .
I couldnt handle looking at it sitting in the garage so I rugged up and went for a blast .
After a while I couldnt handle seeing it get dirty so I took it home and washed it
I gotta say Im impressed with the way it rides in the wet
kneez in the breeze
i dont like rideing in the rain , will if i have too , sometimes dont get a choice , its ok , but much better to have the sun on your back and the wind in your face.
Harley's melt in the rain :p
Yep get out there and ride it, motorcyles are to used not left in the garage to admire and gather dust..
today
rode it went for a cruise to duffies look out /cardinia resevoir and took a short cut through some nice roads on the way back .
got home
washed it again
Gonna be busy for a couple of weeks so I gotta squeeze in the rides where i can .
The more I ride it the more I wanna ride it
Every time I start the run back home It gets harder and harder to put it away .
btw it has a name a bird Im seein calls it Blat Blat
she'll probably call it shut up when I change the pipes
good ride ,good day
yeah i ride it everyday, don't mind getting wet its just the fucking white walls that do my head in =P
nothing a bit of kero doesn't fix though
ride in the rain and thats when you find out how good your wet weather gear is i need to buy new gear
Sounds like the bike gets wet from washing more than on the road anyways!
I just cant bear to see the bike get dirty ha ha
It wont stay new forever!
I ride mine to work everyday, inlcuding wet days unless its raining heavy at time. Heavy rain at night is shit as you can't see tjhe potholes too well.
First properly cold morning of the year here.
got my 1st fine on it the other day ,had to exelerate at an intersection to evade a wandering idiot and got snapped by one of them new intersection speed cameras
intersection of foster and mccrae street in dandynong ,8 k's over allegedly
16 percent chance of rain on the forcast and I thought yeah I like those odds .
got soaked
good ride wet balls and all
Thanks mate.
I know the guys down a Wackers are pretty damn good, I just hate the ride down there in the traffic.
Takes twice as long as getting up the range to Boyd's and there are too many idiots on the motorway who don't look before changing lanes. (Speaking from experience).
